As u read in my first blog how to shift to different energies through kriya yoga, ie from thoughts to emotions and then to actions. Now this action which we do ,need to be performed carefully. Let’s see how?
Karma means what is happening in our practical life and if I add the word yog to it, it means including meditation to our practical life situations. On one level whatever you have done you are ought to receive it back. And on another level just purity of your soul, your thoughts and your intentions have the power to purify and cleanse your karmas. That is what we call as love for god. Because god supports only pure souls. So this love is capable to remove the impact of my past karma on my soul. That’s the reason we see that union of love with god is so crucial.
The actions which I perform should not bring attachment to my body rather it should bring me closer to god, so again purity of thought is required in any task. This does not mean that I don’t take care of my body…yes I will clean, feed and wash it but in such a way that I am free and liberal, thus getting close to perfection.
Karma’s in our relationships plays a pivot role. Energy of give and take drives our relationships. They are the karmic accounts which are created in the past either in this birth or my previous birth. These accounts determine the quality and quantity of all my interactions and their results in terms of joy and sorrow. In order to improve the quality of interactions…we should enforce more on giving rather then taking so that there won’t be any further debts.
Whether it’s friends or family let me see if there is a way in which I can fulfill my responsibilities.
If I move away from my responsibilities I am adding to my karmic burden.
If a person says I don’t have time for meditation, they are unwilling to face self rather then actual lack of time.valuing your time, energy and money is very much a part of whole karmic story. We should use whatever we have in a worthwhile way.
There’s a saying ” if I give chapattis to others, I feed them for a day…but if I teach them how to cook chapattis,I feed them for life.” So, instead of donating people money, food and clothes, teach them to perform positive karmas…first at mental and emotional level and then it will show at physical level too.
