How to handle situations

We all are living in a world where there are series of situations happening one after the other.
Nobody can control any situation in any given condition. There are circumstances which come and go on their own pace.

Our role is not to allow situations happening around us affect ourself. They are good and bad both. How do we define? Good situations will definitely make us happy. But what about the bad ones? If something happens in your life which you think is not as per your choice , is bad. Or if a situation comes when your whole world comes upside down… we have to still take things positively , as each and every episode happening comes to teach us something and make us a stronger person.

What we need to understand is , not to get emotional as our situation is in our own hands. For eg.if an actor gets envolved in each and every role he or she performs then what will happen…so behave like an actor who performs his roles without getting attached to his role. Your performance will automatically be smooth if you don’t get envolved. We need to take care of our own dialogues otherwise our performance will be spoiled.

We all as actors need to write our own script. Don’t try to write another persons script otherwise our energy will be wasted. We are on a journey and pain is our own creation. It’s my choice whether I want to take it or not. Nobody is allowed to switch on or switch off my button.

If a storm comes to your life don’t flow with it. Remember that you are on a journey…so detach yourself from the pains and keep calm. Don’t give your remote in other persons hand ,it’s only you yourself who can help. People who can understand these simple things will be able to manage themselves better as they need to become their own engineers.

Improving the quality of karma

As u read in my first blog how to shift to different energies through kriya yoga, ie from thoughts to emotions and then to actions. Now this action which we do ,need to be performed carefully. Let’s see how?

Karma means what is happening in our practical life and if I add the word yog to it, it means including meditation to our practical life situations. On one level whatever you have done you are ought to receive it back. And on another level just purity of your soul, your thoughts and your intentions have the power to purify and cleanse your karmas. That is what we call as love for god. Because god supports only pure souls. So this love is capable to remove the impact of my past karma on my soul. That’s the reason we see that union of love with god is so crucial.

The actions which I perform should not bring attachment to my body rather it should bring me closer to god, so again purity of thought is required in any task. This does not mean that I don’t take care of my body…yes I will clean, feed and wash it but in such a way that I am free and liberal, thus getting close to perfection.

Karma’s in our relationships plays a pivot role. Energy of give and take drives our relationships. They are the karmic accounts which are created in the past either in this birth or my previous birth. These accounts determine the quality and quantity of all my interactions and their results in terms of joy and sorrow. In order to improve the quality of interactions…we should enforce more on giving rather then taking so that there won’t be any further debts.
Whether it’s friends or family let me see if there is a way in which I can fulfill my responsibilities.
If I move away from my responsibilities I am adding to my karmic burden.

If a person says I don’t have time for meditation, they are unwilling to face self rather then actual lack of time.valuing your time, energy and money is very much a part of whole karmic story. We should use whatever we have in a worthwhile way.

There’s a saying ” if I give chapattis to others, I feed them for a day…but if I teach them how to cook chapattis,I feed them for life.” So, instead of donating people money, food and clothes, teach them to perform positive karmas…first at mental and emotional level and then it will show at physical level too.

Train your brain

There are so many thoughts coming to my mind which I would love to share with you. I am going to start it with yog kriya.
First we talk about karma which we all do in our daily lives. Karma means actions. We are performing actions the whole day but are they giving us the desired results? No not in every case. The reason is we are not doing it with the right intention. Whenever we do karma we should keep in our minds one thing.. whatever I do , god is supporting me in that task. There will be a huge difference in this quality of karma. People are the best judge and they themselves will appreciate your way of doing things.
Next we talk about Bhakti. Bhakti means doing all actions for god. That means devotion. Devotion in in each and every task we do.
And last one we talk about Gyana ..Gyana is a combination of both karma and Bhakti. If Gyana happens then we can do our work with purity and consciousness.

The last word I have used is the most important thing to learn in our life. The main aim of Yog kriya which we are talking about is to expand our consciousness.
People say that x person is really lucky as he or she is able to achieve its goals very quickly. But there are so many people who are still working hard but not able to achieve what they want.

We all need to do yog kriya. That is expanding our consciousness and creating our own luck. Expand your vision and then only you can achieve your goal.

Karma , Bhakti and Gyana which we discussed above. But the sequence should be like this:
Gyana-Bhakti-karma

Gyana is thoughts which at first comes to our minds before doing any action . As soon as the thoughts come to our minds we start doin action that is karma.but in this process the most essential thing required is missing that is Bhakti.
Bhakti means emotion or feeling. What ever task we do in our lives , if we put the right feeling in it the results will be awesome. When the flow is correct u get the desired result.
If the emotions are right then it will lead to change in thoughts and we will do the correct action and achieve our goals.so kriya yog acts as a catalyst in converting one energy into another. It fastens the process.
What we all are doing is, contracting our consciousness. So correction in thoughts and emotions is needed so that we can expand our consciousness.
